Duties and Responsibilities

1. Escorting and Access Control

The primary duty is to ensure that only authorised visitors access the premises. All guests must be cleared by the respective Head of Department before entry.

Key responsibilities:

  • Escort visitors to designated departments or arrange for collection.
  • Verify and issue access permits at the entry point.
  • Collect signed permits upon visitor departure.
  • Lock all cell phones and weapons of visitors in the designated safe.
  • Positively identify visitors before granting access.
